A B.Tech graduate from the University of Mysore and a former Infosys professional, Mahesh combines deep technical expertise with entrepreneurial thinking. His passion for innovation has been instrumental in developing scalable technology platforms that help organizations improve efficiency, automate operations, and embrace digital transformation.
Under his leadership, Sparsh Technologies has evolved into a trusted provider of AI-powered HRMS solutions, enterprise IT services, electronic security systems, and business transformation solutions. Suresh Pugalenthi joined Sparsh Technologies as Co-Founder and CEO, bringing more than 34 years of leadership experience in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, and Business Transformation.
An alumnus of the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai, Suresh has held senior leadership positions at Wipro Infrastructure Engineering and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL). He has led several award-winning HR and organizational transformation initiatives and has completed executive learning in Innovation at Harvard Business School.
A respected HR thought leader, speaker, author, and mentor, Suresh is widely recognized for his contributions to Human Resources, leadership development, and workplace transformation. Through his “Human First, Employee Second” philosophy, he champions workplaces where trust, innovation, technology, and people come together to drive exceptional business performance and long-term success.
